BOOM! Double Review! Bet you weren't expecting two reviews in one night huh?! But seriously, here we have my absolute favorite Mario game ever. So, let's start the review!

The story is simple, but ominous. Luigi wins a contest, and his prize is a free mansion, the ominous part is that he didn't enter any contest. He and Mario make a plan to meet at the mansion. But when Luigi get's there, Mario is nowhere to be seen, Luigi musters up his courage and goes in anyway. He is soon attacked by a poltergeist, or ghost. Luckily he is saved by a by a old man known as "E Gadd" he takes Luigi back to his lab, and trains him to protect himself using the Poltergeist 3000, a machine made for capturing ghosts. Luigi then embarks on a journey to find out what happened to his brother.

The gamplay is a little strange for a Mario game, and is a little difficult at first, but you'll catch on to it as you play, your only weapons are: The Poltergeist 3000, a flashlight, and a gameboy. And your goal is to capture all the ghosts in the mansion, easy right? WRONG! As you play, the ghosts get stronger, and have more ability's, but you will too. As you play doors will be locked, and you must find keys, or fight a wave of ghosts. There is also hidden treasure scatered around the mansion.

The graphics aren't amazing, but like JSRF, it has cool gimmicks such as the fire, ice, water, and the breathing, and the aura the surrounding the ghosts ain't too shabby either.

There's a reason this was the first one-hit-wonder on the Gamecube. It has many pros, and not a single con. This game is a serious must play. And even though it was made for the GC, it should be easy to find at a Gamestop or something, this game was very successful. And should be cheap too. And I have one more thing to say.

"Who you gonna call?! Luigi!"
